Charisma Quotes and Sayings

Whether you have a job where you are working with customers or a job where you don’t leave your desk, charisma can make a huge difference in paving your career path.  Some people are naturally charismatic, but don’t let that fool you - charisma is something that you can develop in yourself.

Charisma is magnetic. Charismatic people are the kind of people that you listen to intently regardless of the conversation topic.  When most people think about charisma, they think about politics, which of course has a stigma attached. Let’s look towards the positive end of charisma: think of Gary Vaynerchuk. He’s charismatic yet he doesn’t identify it as such; “I attract a crowd, not because I'm an extrovert or I'm over the top or I'm oozing with charisma. It's because I care.”

Charismatic people pay specific attention to how they communicate with others and how others react.  It takes a unique mix of people skills and leadership in order to pull it off.  Check out this short video below for some great tips!
