Chest and Shoulders
While standing straight, measure across your chest and around your body at the point directly under your armpits.
Now, keep your arms by your side and measure again to include your shoulder width. If keeping your arms by your side adds more than 7in to your chest measurement, go one size up (from the chest measurement number) for your jacket size.
Measure above your hips, right across the belly button.
Fun fact: In an off-the-rack suit the waist size of the pants will be 6 inches less than the number of the jacket size. At OTB we make sure the pants fit your waist because not everyone fits those "standard" proportions.
Measure along the inside of your leg from just below the crotch to the floor.
Be sure to stand straight and don't wear shoes!
